It is easy to get started – navigate to our C12 Barrelholder Site and you will need to create a new account – you can even save the page to your phone’s home screen for quick access (ask us and we can show you how).
Retrieve Your Existing Lab Credits
When creating your account, make sure you add the same phone number or e-mail address to it that you used with our previous point-of-sale system. This allows our system to auto-magically connect your existing points to your new account!
02. Earn Lab Credits
Now that you’re set up, you are ready to start earning!
When paying in the taproom simply show us your check-in QR code. You can find the Check-In button in the Earn Rewards section of the Barrelholder Site.
No phone? No problem?
Simply tell us the phone number on your account and we can make sure your points end up where they belong.
03. Redeem for Rewards
You can easily redeem your credits from right within the Barrelholder Site!
Rewards that you have enough points for appear as buttons in the Earn Rewards section of the Barrelholder Site.
Click on any reward you’d like to redeem and show the QR Code to your server to auto-magically apply the discount!

With our revamped Barrelholder Rewards, we are even able to send you special offers and discounts.
When you receive a message from us, you’ll see a little notification bubble on the Profile button at the bottom of the App.
