A decade in the making! Wow. We are soooo excited to be celebrating 10 years of brewing beer that we love – and we can’t wait to get this special release into your hands.

After years of hypothesizing and planning, our long awaited collaboration with Dageraad has moved from theory to reality. 

To celebrate our 10th anniversary, we’ve crafted Theoretical – a Belgian-style Quad that embodies our shared passion for experimentation and excellence. Brewed with meticulous attention to details and a touch of whimsical curiosity, this quadrupel offers rich notes of dark fruit, caramelized sugars, and a warm, complex finish. 

It’s a toast to friendship, innovation, and a decade of daring to brew differently.
