Brussels built a steel atom, 102 metres tall, just to look cool at a World’s Fair. We brewed a Belgian Pale Ale instead – using authentic Westmalle Trappist yeast for a traditional backbone of soft spice and stone fruit, built out with Eureka hops for a dose of citrus and black pepper.
