Aged nearly 2 years in our foeder and refermented with Brett., Chronos has been shaped by patience and precision. Using the solera method, it carries echoes of past releases while a final dry-hop before packaging amplifies its bright citrus aroma, balancing soft funk and oak. Light yet deeply complex, Chronos proves that time is the most essential ingredient of all.
