We are grateful to be able to host another food & beer pairing dinner.
Our culinary team are flexing their creative muscles with a special 5 course plant-based vegan menu showcasing our local Saanich Peninsula harvest.
Tickets are extremely limited (25 seats). So rally your friends and make and evening of it!
$132 per seat, tax included

Substitutions may occur due to produce availability from the farmers.
Upon your arrival you will be greeted with a selection of roasted, pickled, raw and preserved seasonal vegetables, with fresh baked bread and a creamy vegan aioli.
Paired with 2019 Dichotomy from our cellar.
A tartar of beets that have been fermented in koji, served with lacto-fermented beet stems, capers, shallots and housemade mustard.
Paired with 2018 Convergence from our cellar.
Polenta made with Silver Rill corn, fortified with with corn stock, corn kernels, corn ash, and vegan creamed corn.
Paired with Westy Czech Pilsner brewed with Peninsula malt.
Panzanella salad made with freshly picked tomatoes from The Plot Market Garden, local bread, garlic chips, and a tomato and Theorem Saison dressing.
Paired with 2021 Theorem.
Roasted and Seared mushrooms from Foragers Galley, glazed with a Quantum vinegar and thyme, and a vegan jus.
Paired with 2021 Quantum.
Fruit & Berries
Preserved lemon tofu mousse, wort poached peaches, compote, lace tuile, almond crumble.
Paired with fresh Belgian Golden Strong.
