The Opportunity
Are you an experienced craft beer sales professional who is tired of the hollow “growth for growth’s sake” mentality? At Category 12, we believe in a different vision. We are a tight-knit team where product quality isn’t a marketing slogan. It’s our baseline.
We are looking for a seasoned “heavy hitter” to take full ownership of the Vancouver Island territory. We want someone who understands that in this industry, relationships are the foundation of success, particularly in driving draught sales within our Island hospitality community.

The Role
Your mission is to acquire and retain long-term, quality customers by providing products and service that exceed their expectations.
- Execute the Process: Conduct on-site meetings and phone calls to maintain a high-frequency presence with your accounts.
- Channel Mastery: Manage sales across private liquor stores (LRS), restaurants/pubs (LIC), and BC Liquor Stores (BCL).
- CRM Discipline: Use Hubspot daily to log interactions, track “meetings,” and ensure no customer is left unheard.
- Brand Evangelism: Coordinate and lead high-impact events and in-store tastings to tell the Category 12 story.
