We took our black IPA apart and rebuilt it from the inside out. Dismantled fuses the roasted malt depth of a black ale with the crisp precision of lager yeast fermented warm. The result is a dark, aromatic beer that’s lean, bright, and unmistakably Category 12. Proof that sometimes you have to break it down to build it better.
