Triple Helix brings together three breweries and two high-impact hop strains – Strata and Idaho 7 – to engineer a densely aromatic Triple IPA. These hops contribute a tightly coiled spectrum of strawberry, passionfruit, cannabis-adjacent dankness, and pineapple-citrus brightness. A streamlined malt backbone supports the structure without adding sweetness, letting the hop expression spiral cleanly into a surprisingly smooth finish.
